If you are an inspected accommodation provider you are eligible to join the roomcheck website - here's how:

You already show your availability on a new vision powered website

The same details and availability can appear on the roomcheck website at no charge. Ask your website owner to sign up with us today for free. If you take bookings through that website, then you will be able to take bookings on the same basis through the roomcheck website.

You have purchased guestlink desktop or guestlink web-booking

We are currently offering a free booking entry on the roomcheck website for all inspected accommodation providers who sign up for guestlink desktop or guestlink web-booking. This entry will show your details, one picture, availability and bookability. These bookings will come straight to you to be processed. There will be no commission or charge for bookings. The booking entry can be enhanced to include a link to your own website and email, special offers and four pictures (see right).

You are in an area not served by new vision

We are currently offering a free basic entry on the roomcheck website for all inspected accommodation providers who guarentee to update their availability at least 4 times a month. Availability may be updated using guestlink online, phone or fax. There is no charge for this service. See www.guestlink.co.uk for details of the online availability updating tool.

Complete your details on the right and we will register you with guestlink online. The basic entry can be enhanced to include bookability (no commissions charged), a link to your own website and email, special offers and four pictures (see right).

How can you maximise your visibility on the roomcheck website?

All lists of accommodation are sorted according to the last time availability was updated so update at least once a day.

How can I get my picture on the roomcheck home page?

Make sure that you have a special offer that shows on roomcheck and update your availability or sign up to guestlink web-booking or guestlink desktop and we will feature your property on the home page for 3 days.
